Issue/Introduction

In case of processes generating force traces, on large AE systems using Oracle as Database with many WPs, a situation could be faced where the WPs could be continously generating dumps and eventually completely freeze causing severe system performance degradation.
Eventually, it may even be impossible to use AWI anymore as the MQ count increased a lot.
