Issue/Introduction

Tasks are being deactivated immediately even though 'Deactivate on Finish' is set to Never.
In case the generation of a task ends with: 

'FAULT_OTHER' - U00007016 Task 'xxxxxxxxx' (RunID 'xxxxxxxx') is interlaced too much.

The respective task is deactivated (removed from Process Monitoring), even though 'Deactivate on Finish' is set to 'Never'.
This causes our operations team to miss out on affected tasks causing a delay in the business process.

Public Description: A problem has been fixed where tasks which end already during activation with FAULT_OTHER could not be monitored in a summarized view. Now they are visible in process monitoring.
