Staffing page displays three 'X'

Issue/Introduction

From any of the 'Timeline' tabs, when a new Staffing page is open in a new tab by right clicking on the 'Staffing' menu in the left Navigation section of the Modern UX then page that is launched displays only three 'X' on the page.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Login to Clarity Modern UX
2. On the Staffing page select for example 'Allocations by Resource' tab or any of the Timeline tabs (Staff grid tab page works fine) 
3. From the left Navigation menu section, right click on 'Staffing' menu and select 'open link in new tab' - This steps needs to be done twice..so that two staffing page opens in two new tabs
4. New page opens in a separate tab

Expected results: New page should display all Staffing page items

Actual: Staffing page only display three 'X' down the page. Nothing else gets displayed.
