Issue/Introduction
How might we modify the Configuration Item List display in the SDM interface to add columns for "Change Order" and "Number of Changes"?
Environment
Service Desk Manager v17.3 and up
Resolution
It is not possible due to the following limitations:
If a column is added for the change order, there could be none, one change order, or more than one. In the cases where there is more than one change order for a CI, how should these be displayed?
Adding a "number of changes" field will not work on a list view screen.
