PTF LU12658 DISTID Dropdown New Feature Not Working

Issue/Introduction

LU12658 WEB VIEWER: DISTRIBUTION ID SUBMENU (NEW FEATURE) was applied.  However we are not currently seeing the DISTRIBUTION ID Dropdown sub menu that was part of that PTF when accessing the web viewer. Users still have to manually enter Distribution IDs when accessing in mode exp. 

Cause

The DIST ID feature was optional and needed to be turned on.

Resolution

Check to make sure that you are at Build 14.0.72 or later by scrolling down in the left menu and selecting About Web Viewer.

The presence of the distribution list selection within the UI is governed by a new feature flag managed in the Optional Features administration section. The distribution list feature flag is disabled by default and has no relationship with any View feature flag - it is Web Viewer specific.

Enabling the DISTID feature in the Optional Features administration section resolved the problem.
