Jobs fail as ucxjlplm crashes with illegal instruction on Agent Linux ppc64le

Issue/Introduction

All Jobs fail on Agent Linux 21.x running on ppc64le due to the job messenger or agent binaries crashing.

Error observed in agent report:

In kernel log from Ubuntu:
