New from template button disappears from the Ideas Board

Issue/Introduction

The New from template button disappears unexpectedly from the Ideas Board view and needs users to switch to another view to restore the button. 

 

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login to clarity (MUX),
2. Navigate to the Ideas workspace, and open the board view. Notice that the 'New from template' button is available
3. Refresh the page
   OR
   Logoff from Clarity and re-login to navigate to the Ideas Board view

Expected result:

The Board view loads completely along with the 'New from template' button 

 

Actual result:

The Board view loads with the 'New from Template' is missing

 

 

Workaround:

Switch the view to Grid or Timeline view and the 'New from template' button is visible again.
