Issue/Introduction

Defining a PREREQ Resource Name in OPS/MVS SSM as "xx.xx_xx' and when verifying the entry receive error     

OPZM001X Invalid PREREQ xx.xx_xx for resource xx

Resolution

OPS/MVS does not use dots "." in Resource Names.

When a dot '.' is placed in between the pre-req names it is treated differently and throws an error in this case as the significance of the period in the pre-req name is different. We define cross system pre-req like [[[systemname.][ssid].]table.]resource . So once you provide pre-req names with periods it will start parsing that name and look for system ,ssid,table and resource names.
