Issue/Introduction

Automation fails to synchornize between a source system and Jira due to the following error:

Field 'created' cannot be set. It is not on the appropriate screen, or unknown.

 

Cause

The Created field in Jira is a read-only field and cannot be updated.

Resolution

Remove the field from the field mapping in the automation.
