Without any known changes or issues occuring the following entries showed up in large quantities in the Notification Server logs:

We also noticed lots of the following entries in the logs and when checking the EvtQueue folder NSEs were processing fine and there were never more than 5 or 6 NSEs present in the folder at any given time. The error "DeleteResourceProcSql not set!" was common between these:

A thorough check was done of the Notification Server configuration and everything seemed to be functioning fine.
The Notification Server hadn't been restarted for over 3 weeks so both the Notification Server and the SQL Server were rebooted and all the issues went away.
