Error trying to save CloudSOC Protect Policy after adding a Sequence Detector with number in the name:
Error in red popup says "Incident detectors name must be a valid string"
Error saving Protect Policy occurs when SEQ Detector is created with any number in the name:
In example below "100" was added to Detector name. Then if you try to add the Detector with numbers in the name to any Protect policy the error occurs.
This has been identified as a defect. Engineering is working on a resolution
Workaround. Do not include numbers when naming the Sequence Detector
For example - instead of using "100" in the Sequence Detector name - use "one hundred"
Then that Detector will be able to be added to the Protect policy
