Issue/Introduction

ISSUE

ConnectALL version 3.3 fails to update records in ALM

 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

• Create an automation between ALM and another system such as Jira.
• Map any project with defect from ALM to bug in Jira.
• Map with at least one field like name and summary.
• Save the automation.
• Create a record from ALM or Jira.
• Trigger the Automation and observe the ticket get created.
• Now update the created ticket from Jira and observe the failure.

 

ACTUAL RESULT:

• The record gets failed with error as _issueMoved field not available.

 

EXPECTED RESULT:

• The record should be updated to ALM successfully with no errors.

Resolution

This will be resolved with DE79718 which is slated for release in patch version 3.3.0.1
