Jarvis ES-Proxy pod fails to start

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading to 23.3 we noticed the Jarvis ES Proxy pod is not starting.  This error message is seen in the logs.

2024-02-20T23:11:59.957Z ERROR 1 --- [    Scheduler-1] com.ca.apm.common.db.DatabaseWatchdog    : DatabaseWatchdog detected data usable space 3208269824B bellow threshold apm.databaseWatchdog.dataUsableSpaceMin=5368709120B. Service will shutdown.

Does this value need to be 5GiB apm.databaseWatchdog.dataUsableSpaceMin=5368709120B ?

Resolution

For 23.3, setting the following environment variable as override for jarvis-es-proxy deployment should help:

APM_DATABASEWATCHDOG_DATAUSABLESPACEMIN: 1073741824B

For the next release, this property will no longer be required as jarvis-es-proxy does not need any pod storage
