Issue/Introduction

How to enable Clarity VAIA (formerly known as Clarity Concierge)

Environment

Clarity 16.2.1 and higher Clarity versions

Resolution

For SaaS Customers

  • Raise a support ticket to enable VAIA
  • Provide the URL and preferred time for services restart
  • Once VAIA is enabled, follow the Tech docs on adding the AI model

For On Premise Customers 

  • Connect to the Clarity Server & open Command Prompt or shell
  • Run the below command from $clarity\bin folder 
    • admin toggle-feature STATUS_REPORT_SUMMARIZATION_F31465 1 
  • Restart Clarity services or Flush caches
  • Go to Clarity Classic -System Options - Activate Vaia AI Service - select this to be enabled 
  • Go to MUX Administration with a user with all permissions and you will see the VAIA Tile there.
  • Follow the Tech docs on adding the AI model
