PTFs LU12290 LU10537 HOLD action for Dynamic System Table DST

Issue/Introduction

Datacom PTFs LU10537 and LU12290 both have HOLD actions to update the Dynamic System Table (DST). 

Do both HOLD actions need to be run?

Resolution

Only perform the HOLD action for the latest PTF LU12290.
It contains all the latest changes to the Dynamic System Tables (DST) including the changes in LU10537.
