Issue/Introduction

Jaspersoft  provides relative time variables DAY, WEEK, QUARTER, SEMI, and YEAR. This article gives some examples for using them in Service Desk Manager Jaspersoft reports

Environment

Service Desk Manager 17.3 and higher

Jaspersoft 7.9 and higher

Resolution

One can use this filter for the incident open date field to filter and display all incidents opened since yesterday

Similarly, one can use WEEK-1 and WEEK for tickets opened since last week.

This applies for all ticket date fields like open date, closed date, last modified date etc.
