Issue/Introduction

Every user in Rally upon successful authentication through Rally’s Single Sign-On (SSO) process, users are redirected to a blank page instead of the expected landing page/dashboard. This issue impedes the user’s ability to interact with the platform post-authentication and disrupts the intended user experience

Environment

Cause

The issue happens to all Rally SSO subscriptions when subscription_name has a special character in it (!    "    #    $    %    &    '    (    )    *    +    ,    -    .    /)

Resolution

Kindly create a Ticket/Case for the Rally support team for further investigation to fix the issue.
