Issue/Introduction

When starting CA Workload Automation DE (dSeries) service as user account on Windows, what permissions should user have to connect to the SQL database?

Environment

dSeries Workload Automation 12.x on Windows OS

Resolution

1. User requires "logon as a service".

2. The user requires same access as the user being used to access the DE database.

3. The user requires the rights to modify the DE installation (sub)directories.
