APM SaaS ATC Universe selection drop down does not take focus

Issue/Introduction

When selecting alternate universe, the drop down selection list does not take focus, so user must then click in the 'Search universe' entry field at top of list to start selection, this was not the case in prior APM SaaS version. 

The following screen shot describe the workflow:

1) shows where drop down was requested by clicking down arrow - cursor remains at this location

2) shows the 'Search universe' entry field where user must then click to select by keyboard

This issue is related to defect DE592527. Targeted to be fixed in APM SaaS 24.3.2
