Issue/Introduction

In reading the release notes and docs,  I see that if an alarm action has not been done the ticket action status is blank .

On success it says SUCCESS - what is the EXACT value for a failure??

OI 24.2.1 and later

Resolution

Setting a filter reveals the value as FAILED
