Need a new gateway license due to expiration or Upgrade how do I obtain this?

1) You can download a license from the support portal.
2) If the license is not available there you can open a support case requesting the license (please include your software version that the license is required for). When opening the ticket by choosing the Global Customer Assist option in the support portal would be the best choice.
Note: When the license is downloaded or comes it usually comes as a .lic file but we require .xml the .lic file is really a zip file. So the extension can be renamed from .lic to .zip and then the contents can be extracted which should be then .xml that can be utilized in your policy manager upload.
