Interface Description column in the Interfaces tab in Spectrum OneClick is showing an incorrect value

Issue/Introduction

Interface Description column in the Interfaces tab in Spectrum OneClick is showing an incorrect value. 

A query of the ifDescr attribute in the interfaces mib of the device show the correct value.

Component: Discovery and modeling

Cause

There are two possible reasons for this:

1 - The configuration on the device has changed but the configuration of the device model in Spectrum has not been updated.

2 - Possible corruption in the device model

Resolution

First try to reconfigure the device model by doing the following:

- Find and select the model in OneClick
- Right mouse click on the model and select Reconfiguration -> Reconfigure Model from the menu

If that does not resolve the issue, then destroy the current model and remodel the device.
