Issue/Introduction
A "New Issue" offering is not displayed in the Catalog and is blank. Click next or refreshing is not loading this offering.
Environment
USVCT 17.4 RU1
Cause
The issue is with the Grid view.
Resolution
The fix for the above issue is included in 17.4 RU2.
