Issue/Introduction

Is that possible to set 60 seconds for auto-refresh into DX Dashboards?

Resolution

SaaS Environments:
The minimum refresh rate that we allow on the DX Dashboards is 5 minutes. If you require a rate lower than that, please raise a support ticket, provide your tenant name and we will evaluate the possibility to adjust it.

If you are checking this for an already enabled tenant, please follow the below steps:

Follow these steps:
1. Open the dashboard.
2. Click the Dashboard Settings icon that is at the top-right corner.
3. In the General > Tags section, enter the tag as 15SecAutoRefresh and click Add.
4. In the Time Options > Auto refresh section, enter 15s as the value.
5. Save the dashboard.
This value is displayed in the Auto Refresh drop-down list.
6. Open the dashboard and select the Auto Refresh value as 15s.
7. Save the dashboard again for the changes to take effect.

On-premises environment:

For now, we do not support a refresh rate of less than 5 minutes. It will be available in the DX On-premise 24.1 release, targeted for May 2024.
