What is the purpose of Remove column in the inventory page

Issue/Introduction

What is the purpose of Remove column on the inventory page:

 

-  Login to OC 

-  Open Inventory Management --> Inventory 

-  Click on 3-dot menu and select Edit Columnns 

-  Select the checkbox for the column named "Removed"

 

Environment

UIM 20.4, 23.4

 

Resolution

Engineering has confirmed that this flag is never updated and it is a dummy field in both 20.4 and 23.4 and will eventually be removed from the column list.
