A user have added some portlets to the Classic UI Home > Personal > General view, which resulted in below error
en - Unable to Process request server or network error
The user tried to reset the Home page but no help the, Home view is blank.
How can we remove the portlet causing corruption without deleting any other personalization the user had.

Follow step below to remove the added portlet causing view corruption.
1: Login to Clarity
2: Once the login session is created open a new tab and try to paste below URL, which should open the General: Page Content

3: Select the added portlet(causing corruption) and click on remove
