APM Metric View UI - Columns not resizable in Metric View Search

Issue/Introduction
The updated ATC Metric View UI is not as usable as prior SaaS APM version when column values are long as the column widths are no longer resizable.
Environment
DX APM SaaS
Cause
This issue is related to defect # DE592384.
Fix is targeted for 24.9.1 APM release.
Resolution
None
Workarounds:
1) Make browser window wider
2) Hide uninteresting columns: this option is available in the three-dot menu in the top-right corner
