Issue/Introduction

We have recently deployed VApp and we are having an issue with provisioning. We can add a provisioning role to users but no new user is being created in the provisioning directory which means no accounts are being created. 
This is strange because the Connector Server is set up properly as well as we can create new endpoints and account templates.  This error is present in the IdentityManager server logs:

The environment: "ENVIORNMENT" does not have a domain-to-translator map for inbound synchronization.

Cause

During the deployment of the virtual appliance, an attribute was renamed, and then imported in the provisioning directory.xml

Resolution

There was an attribute that is mapped in the provisioning advanced settings, but not defined in the Provisioning directory.xml

The provisioning directory was updated, now the error is no longer present, and accounts can be provisioned.
