Locked Project on MUX does not display tooltip of the user's name who has locked the project

Issue/Introduction

When a project is locked, by launching it in PPM Gantt, the locked by icon no longer displays the user's name, who has locked the project

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Access a project on the MUX and launch it in the PPM Gantt
2. On PPM Gantt edit a task, however do not save the changes and navigate away from PPM Gantt. For example, click on a task name and edit it , but do not save the changes
3. On MUX navigate away from the project and then navigate back to the project, which should be in locked status
4. Hover the mouse icon on the locked icon / text

Expected Results :The "locked" icon should display the name of the user who has locked that project, as a tooltip

Actual Results :The user name is not displayed as a tooltip on the Locked icon and text

Clarity PPM 16.2.0 and 16.2.1

Resolution

DE79060 is fixed in 16.2.2 targeted for release in May 2024 

Workaround:

The workaround is to navigate to the Projects grid and add in the 'Locked By' column to find out who locked the project. The 'Locked By' field can also be shown on the the Details Fly-out from the grid or placed on the Properties Module through the Blueprint. 

Additional Information

On Clarity version 16.1.3 -> The functionality works on MUX as well as on Classic. However, hovering over the lock does show who locked it EXCEPT on the properties tab

On database PRLOCK table, the project is correctly being shown as locked by the Admin user (pruserid)
