Incorrect Spectrum CAPC_ITEM_ID for DA Polled Items

Cause

The ip address of the model in Spectrum and the ip address of the DA are different. Both ip addresses are valid ip addresses for the device in question.

Resolution

Configured the network address for the model in Spectrum to be the same as the DA ip address.
