Unable to view group and device view on home screen dashboard page for particular 12 server with single owner.

Issue/Introduction

Customers have an origin with the name 'MyServers' and an account is linked to that with name 'My_Server'. An ACL called 'MyServers' is created with full permissions. A user called 'Myuser' is linked to the account 'My_Server'.

When that user is login, then the user cannot see any inventory or groups.

Cause

 In DB we found there are no computer systems with the origin 'MyServers'. So nothing in coming in OC.

Resolution

Follow the below step:-

== Set the origin as 'MyServers' at 12 Robot server

== Restart the Robot for 12 Robot Server

== Increase the Java Memory for Discovery_Server and restart the Discovery_Server probe
