Spectrumgtw probe fails connection validation

Issue/Introduction

When validating the spectrumgtw probe connection, the following error is received:

"Connection to the specified UMP server failed.  Please provide the correct details and make sure that the webservices_rest package is deployed on the UMP servers
Error Code:"

Found that the webservices_rest package had not been upgraded from webservices_rest 20.30 during a recent UIM upgrade.

Environment

UIM 20.4
webservices_rest 20.30

Cause

Incorrect version of webservices_rest package.

Resolution

The webservices_rest package is listed as an option upgrade package that is released in UIM 20.4 and it's Cumulative Updates.  It needs to be manually updated after the upgrade.  Upgrade the webservices_rest probe from the latest version in your archive.

In UIM 20.4 cumulative updates, these versions are:

CU3 - webservices_rest 20.41
CU4 - webservices_rest 20.44
CU6 - webservices_rest 20.46
CU7 - webservices_rest 20.47
CU8 - webservices_rest 20.48
