Issue/Introduction

Exporting a package from the Univiewer Console is failing with the pop-up error message below.

On environment [UJCENT/<UVMS Node>/X]:
UVMS: Package List on <UVMS Node>:
File not found

 

In the Univiewer Console log, the error message below is present.

Caused by: java.io.FileNotFoundException: ...\AUTOMIC\univiewer_server\<UVMS Node>\data\temp\...<filename> (The system cannot find the path specified)

Environment

Products: Dollar Universe, Univiewer Management Server, Univiewer Console

Cause

The temp directory within the ...\AUTOMIC\univiewer_server\<UVMS Node>\data is missing.

Resolution

Please create the temp directory within the ..\AUTOMIC\univiewer_server\<UVMS Node>\data .
