Issue/Introduction

You license for Web Isolation Cloud is expiring and you would like to know what happens when the license expires.

Resolution

If the Web Isolation license expires, Cloud SWG/Edge SWG ignores the rules defined in the policy editor. After license expiration, Web Isolation will not happen.

The Web Isolation feature is available in two levels. For more information, contact your Broadcom sales representative.

High Risk Isolation (HRI): HRI is included with the Web Protect license.

Full Web Isolation with an isolation tenant: The full level requires the WI-SUB add-on entitlement. You can extend this license to some or all subscribed seats. Full isolation grants 100% isolation per subscribed see
