MUX - Task Module Filter Displaying All Projects

Issue/Introduction

From the MUX, when accessing the "Tasks" icon, and attempting to filter, all Projects display, even if the Tasks have been filtered out.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into MUX, on the left side go to "Tasks"
2. Add a Filter for a field, which should exclude some Projects.

Expected Results:
The tasks that passed the filter should be seen under the expanded investment

Actual Results:
The tasks appear at the bottom of the investment list

Workaround:
None
