Calendar Days are not translated when localization is changed from English to Norwegian

Issue/Introduction

The Calendar Days do not get translated from English to the language/locale settings selected 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Log into Clarity MUX and click on the Avatar icon on the right, then click on Settings
2. On the Settings page click on the General tab. Change the Language and Locale to Norwegian 
3. Logout of Clarity and then log back in
4. On MUX access the Tasks workspace
5. On the Tasks workspace access the Calendar tab

Expected Results : The days in the calendar should be translated to Norwegian

Actual Results: The days in the calendar remain in English

This is fixed in 16.2.1
