"Cannot create any more To Do under this Checklist, exceeded the maximum limit"

Issue/Introduction
This week we upgraded our Clarity Production instance to 16.2.0 and we have noticed that some of the users are getting the below message when they are accessing the workspace:
"Cannot create any more To Do under this Checklist, exceeded the maximum limit"
Why is this?
Environment
16.2.0
Cause
In 16.2.0 a new governor limit was implemented
Resolution
No more than 300 todos are allowed to be created under a checklist.
Existing checklists having more than 300 todos (if at all) should retain all their todos. The restriction applies for new todo creation only.
The system is showing the error message "Cannot create any more To Do under this Checklist, exceeded the maximum limit." as soon as the user tries to create 301 ToDo.
There is no limit on Section creation.
The system will not show any error if any checklist already has more than 300 ToDos but it won't allow further to add.
