'Number of Days After' and 'Number of Days Before' filter work only with English Locale

Issue/Introduction

The 'Number of Days After' and 'Number of Days Before' work only with English Locale when using a date field in a filter. If you choose for example a Norwegian locale then it does not work.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Log into Clarity and change the Locale of the user in  the 'Account Settings' to 'Norwegian(Norway)

2. Switch to Clarity Modern UX - Project Grid page

3. In the Filter section, add 'Created Date' attribute then select 'Is Between'.  For first selection option specify ' Number of Days Before' and enter a value like for eg '10'. Select 'Current Date' in the second  option.

Expected: Data to be returned based on number of days created
Actual: The number 10 which was entered becomes (zero) 0 so no results is displayed on the page
