Smart Date filter attribute options are not translated

Issue/Introduction

Smart filtering attributes are not Localized, the values are not visible anywhere in the localization files or system. Used localization is Norwegian.

Steps To Reproduce

1 Log into Clarity MUX and click on the Avatar icon on the top right of the page then click on Settings
2 On the Settings page click on General tab. Change the Language to Norwegian
3. On the Project grid page, click on 'Add Filter' then select a date field like 'Created Date', select 'Is Between' parameter then specify 'Number of Days Before' or 'Current Date'.

Expected Results: The parameters 'Number of Days Before' or 'Current Date' would be displayed in Norwegian as specified in the ppm_ux_global.properties localization file.

Actual Results: The parameters 'Number of Days Before' or 'Current Date' gets displayed in English with some strange characters
