Issue/Introduction

CCS upgrade fail with SQL compatibility level.

Cause

 SQL server compatibility level was not set to 100 for CSM_DB and CSM_reports

Resolution

Set the  SQL server compatibility level  of the below CCS database to " SQL Server 2008 (100)"
