Issue/Introduction

A process associated with the Project object with an Auto-Start condition doesn't work when extending a project start and end date by creating a task that is out of range. The process starts with same condition with an existing task.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Create an AutoStart process associate with the project object.
2. Set the AutoStart condition to prior Project Start != current Project Start OR prior Project END != current Project END
3. Create a project with duration from Jan 2023 till end of December 2023.
4. The process should start whenever project start, or project finish date is being updated.
5. Create a task that has a start date in 2022 and/or end date in 2024 the project become extended automatically – project start and/or end date is extended automatically.

Expected Results:

Process starts automatically with the start or end date changes on the project caused by the creation of a task, which extends the project start/end dates. The process condition should evaluate always to the same result no matter if this is raised by task creation or by manual changes with existing tasks.

Actual Results:

Process does not start.
