SYSVIEW SYSVAPPS fails with COND CODE 0100 - task not starting when fix LU11458 applied

Issue/Introduction

SYSVAPPS cannot start after the apply of LU11458 and failed with COND CODE 0100

In SYSVAPPS joblog, there are these messages: 

Cannot load keystore 'safkeyring://####/####' because `unknown protocol: safkeyring`. The service is not able to start.

and 

Caused by: java.net.MalformedURLException: unknown protocol: safkeyring

Environment

SYSVIEW 17.0 (@LU11458) OR subsequent SYSVIEW Releases with Java 11 & 17

Cause

LU11458 causes the problem 

Resolution

Java 8 requires safkeyring but Java 11 and 17 require safkeyringjce protocol. 

This must be changed in the application.yml
