After starting the Spectrum tomcat service, the tomcat log ($SPECROOT/tomcat/logs/catalina.out, stdout.log) show the following message over and over
[Thread-23] WARN com.aprisma.errorlog - WARNING - ServiceDeskIntegrationManager : Tomcat not started yet
Users are able to log into OneClick and utilize the client successfully.
As long as the users are able to log into OneClick, this document addresses your issue. If users are not able to log in please open a case with Broadcom support.
This is due to a code issue with the way tomcat was processing data. It is benign and can be ignored.
This will be resolved in NetOps Spectrum Fault version 23.3.7 and above.
