Failure while verifying the digital certificate for the cab file when installing PU/SCU in CCS

Issue/Introduction

Trying to install either PU or SCU in Control Compliance Suite is failing with the following error.

"Failure while verifying the digital certificate for the cab file being expanded. Filename = <cab file>"

Cause

CCS Server does not have access to the internet.

The required root certificates that are required are missing and not installed.

Resolution

Install the latest DigiCert root CA certificates.

We will update the documentation for DigiCert certificate change.

Once all the required certificates are installed, the installation runs without issue.
