NFA Upgrade Error playing back movie - ignoreHuaweiMib

Issue/Introduction

Upgrade from 21.2.8.66 to 23.3.5.10 and the C:\CA\NFA\migrator\migrator.log file show:

com.ca.im.migrator.exceptions.MigratorException: Movie playback failed.

 

Environment

NetOps Network Flow Analysis 21.2.8 version

Cause

This is due to the PTF NFA_21.2.8_PTF_009 was applied

 

Resolution

In NFA Console machine open the Command Prompt as Administrator and rum

mysql -unetqos -pnetqoe

use reporter

delete from parameter_descriptions where parameter='ignoreHuaweiMib';

exit

cd C:\CA\NFA\migrator

runMigrator.vbs

Check again the C:\CA\NFA\migrator\migrator.log and if has Exiting with code 0 message
