Function in Catalog to Return the Form's Name

Issue/Introduction

When building a report in Service Catalog, I want to use the result of one query in the WHERE clause of a second query.

In particular, is there any java function which will give me the name of the current form?

Environment

CA Service Catalog v17.3 and up

Resolution

There is not a function that can be used to return the form's name.  The reason is that the name can be localized.
