Translation for common grid CSV export Notification incorrect in German

Issue/Introduction

When doing an Export to CSV in Clarity Modern UX, the translation in German for example 'Download by Dec 26, 2023' is incorrect and misleading.
The German message is 'Heruntergeladen von Dec 26, 2023'. German "von" means "from" not "by" and therefore the meaning comes across as
'Downloaded from Dec 26, 2023'

The correct translation would still be something like: 
 
"Herunterladen bis zum DD.MM.YYYY" -> "Download by DD.MM.YYYY"

 

Steps To Reproduce

1. Login to Clarity Modern UX as a user with language set to German and go to the Project grid page
2. From the 'Actions' dropdown in the top left corner of the page, click on 'Export to CSV'
3. Click on the 'Notifications' bell after a few seconds to display message

Expected results: German notification message should be "Herunterladen bis zum DD.MM.YYYY" which means 'Download by DD.MM.YYYY'

Actual: German notification message is 'Heruntergeladen von DD.MM.YYYY' which means 'Download from DD.MM.YYYY'
