Issue/Introduction

Skip to Main content is broken

Cause

1. Log into a server with at least (1) Custom Master Object configured 

2. With the keyboard only, get to a point where you see the 'skip to main content' button and select ENTER

Expected: Visible focus to be established on the "+" button or the first grid cell if the quick create right is not granted to the user

Actual: The left navigation menu is expanded (if not open) or collapsed (if open). User must select the tab key to enter the page and navigation thru the header all all tab stops before entering the grid.
