Invalid FDIC for processing locking information, PRDCHSEF returned RC 2588.  
If SLOCK=SPOD is set a valid FDIC system file must be used.    
Error detected in OININTER.

Resolution

Recompile the NATPARM and set the SLOCK parameter to Off  

SLOCK  - Source Locking :  This Natural profile parameter is used to specify how concurrent updates of Natural source members are to be handled
