If you have problems with the browser, you may want to first verify if there are any reported issues on AppNeta's status page:

If nothing is reported, some recommendations:
1. Once logging in, try to immediately log out and log back in again, and see if the issue persists.
2. Try logging in using Private Mode / Incognito, and see if the issue persists
3. Try deleting your Temporary Internet files (cookies & cache) and see if the issues persists
4. Try logging into AppNeta using a different web browser.
5. Verify if the issue is experienced by any other users within your organization.
If you've attempted these steps and the issue still persists, you may wish to open a support ticket.
